Core and Upper Body Monday Move-It

The Warm Up (4-6 minutes):
20 a-skips
20 arm circles
10 bird dogs
Repeat one more time through.

The Workout (12-18 minutes):
Today’s workout is an upper body workout with some added core work. Move through this one at your own pace, keeping the energy up throughout!

Complete 4 rounds of the below, NFT*:
10 commandos (modification: drop to knees for these)
20 dead bugs
10 push ups (modification: knee push ups)
20 bicycles
30″ forearm plank

Rest as needed between movements and rounds.

*NFT = not for time. An NFT workout means to rest as needed and focus on form.

The Cool Down (2+ minutes):
60″ dynamic chest and shoulder stretch
60″ forward fold + halfway lift
