The Workout Today for Monday, March 29th, 2021

The Warm Up  (3-4 minutes)
10 knee hugs
10 lunge and twist
30″ plank

Repeat one more time through.

The Workout (12+ minutes)
Today, we’re doing an upper body and core AMRAP*. Push yourself while remembering to stay engaged on form. You got this!

12 minute AMRAP:
24 jumping jacks
12 bird dogs (challenge: bird dog planks)
12 lemon squeezers (challenge: v-ups)
6 push ups (modifications: bench push ups or knee push ups)

*AMRAP stands for “as many reps/round as possible” in the prescribed time. Just set a timer and complete as many rounds as you can during that time.

The Cool Down (1+ minutes)
